AGREEMENT TO TERMS & DISCLOSURE
- Occupancy
- Booyoung Youth Centre can accommodate between 550 to 600 occupants while having close proximity to the event venues.
- Yongsan Jeju Youth Hostel can accommodate up to 150 occupants along with the provision of a Kids Café/Playground for a family-friendly ambiance.
- Meals provided
- Dinner: Dinner will be provided for pre-registered participants at Booyoung Youth Centre from June 29th and July 1st, and at the International Convention Center Jeju(ICC Jeju)(Main Venue) from July 2nd to July 4th.
- Lunch: Lunch will be provided at Booyoung Youth Centre from June 30th to July 2nd, and at the International Convention Center Jeju (ICC Jeju)(Main Venue) from July 3rd to July 5th.
- Breakfast: Booyoung Youth Centre and Yongsan Jeju Youth Hostel will provide breakfast from June 30th to July 5th, for those who stay in Booyoung Youth Center. Detailed information on lunch and dinner will be announced later.
- Room Designation:
- Rooms will be assigned in the order of registration and/or accommodation requests.
- Note:
- Those applicable “early-bird” nations, per the World Bank classification scale, will receive free lodging and dinner as long they agree with the room designation methodology.
- Families can stay at the Yongsan Jeju Youth Hostel as it is the only pre-contracted accommodation that can only serve groups of 2 or more occupants.

ROOM DESIGNATION METHODOLOGY & AGREEMENT
Room designations will be decided and communicated through the following four-step procedure:
- Room designation will be made at the discretion of the organizing committee and staff members, and participants will be guided accordingly to their rooms upon arrival.
- Priority will be made as follows: World Bank Classification scales (corresponding to levels 3, 2, and 1) nation category, students, juniors, and senior members.
- Initially, room assignments will primarily be made at the Booyoung Youth Centre.(The early opening of the Yongsan Jeju Youth Hostel isn’t likely due to accommodation and shuttle bus transportation cost increases.)
- )Due to facility reasons, those families with children will only be assigned to Yongsan Jeju Youth Hostel.
