Jonathan Fisher (PRIME)

Jonathan is a medical doctor and lawyer who has worked with, and served in leadership of, mission and international humanitarian organisations since 1995.  He has worked primarily in French-speaking Africa (DRC/Zaïre, Rwanda, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Burkina Faso, Comoros) as well as in Uzbekistan, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Haiti, Egypt and Russia. He is the lead tutor for PRIME’s francophone activities, serves on the board of Life in Abundance, and on global and mission committees of Christian Medical Fellowship (UK) and AGEAS (CH). He is active in advancing hybrid distance medical education and church-based health care for chronic diseases in Burundi. He lives in Switzerland with his wife and five children (ages 6 to 14).
