Todd Sprinkel

Todd Sprinkel is the former Director of Leadership Development for Medical Missions at the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA). For 22 years, he and his wife, Molly, have served overseas in locations such as Thailand, Tanzania, the Middle East, and more, following a call to missions that began in 1984. Todd brings expertise in healthcare operations and finance, having worked as CFO for mission hospitals, Senior Director of Health Care Services at Mercy Ships, and held leadership roles at Johns Hopkins and American Mission Hospital. His passion is mentoring resilient, Christ-centered leaders who serve faithfully for God’s glory.”
