The National Organizing Committee (NOC) has partnered with WE Hotel to offer exclusive discounted rates for conference attendees.
To take advantage of these special rates, please check room availability and complete your reservation through the dedicated booking link provided below. The booking website is available in both English and Korean (please check the language option at the top right corner of the page).
Please note that approximately 20 rooms per night are available under the conference rate. As availability is limited, early booking is strongly recommended.
Shuttle Service
A shuttle service will operate between the conference venue and WE Hotel. If demand is high, the shuttle may run in multiple trips. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
