Latha Mathew

Latha Mathew serves as the Senior Ministry Coordinator with IHS Global. A dentist from Kerala, South India, she and her husband previously served in rural mission work, where they pioneered dental services and trained young dentists. Since being introduced to the Saline Process in 2002, Latha has remained deeply connected with IHS Global. In her current role, she focuses on strengthening and supporting Global Partners worldwide—building trainer capacity, facilitating leadership development, and helping expand the reach of IHS Global’s ministry. Passionate about equipping people to share Christ, she loves connecting with others and hearing how God is at work in their lives. Latha and her husband, Mathew, live in Kerala, and their daughter, Rachel, reside in Virginia.
