Benjamin Kuan

Dr Benjamin Kuan is a passionate public health champion for vulnerable migrant workers in Singapore, who strongly believes in public-private-philanthropy partnerships for societal impact. He joined HealthServe in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading its clinical services through an unprecedented crisis before stepping up as CEO in 2023. A family physician by training, he holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a MPH. Previously, he spent a decade working in health technology, managed care and workplace health. Outside work, he is passionate about photography, motorcycling and dreams of cross-border rides for charity.
