    Dr. Jeffrey Larson is a family practice doctor and TEAM missionary who, with his wife and two children, served an unreached Muslim tribe in the southern Philippines since 2017. His real-life struggles on the field highlighted the critical importance of member care. In 2023, he co-founded the Member Care Collaboration Network (MCCN), now with 75+ professionals supporting over 700 Filipino missionaries. Recently relocating to Chicago, he has developed a mobile app to scale MCCN’s global impact. His passion is to catalyze holistic care in emerging sending nations.

    Jim Peipon is a pediatrician who worked in the United States for 20 years before moving to Ukraine with his family and living in Kyiv for 17 years . His work in Ukraine focused on bringing a Christian perspective to medical education throughout Ukraine. He served as an adviser to Ukrainian and Foreign medical student groups and helped organize annual conferences to bring teachers to share both their medical and biblical knowledge. He and his wife, Marianna, ministered to children of families living with HIV/AIDS. Jim is now serving as the North American Regional Representative for ICMDA.

And as the chief medical officer of Integritas Healthcare, she also volunteers internationally especially in the Philippines where Integritas has a clinical and training base. She has a particular heart for tortured, neurodiverse and mentally ill detainees. And her favourite Bible verse is Matthew 25:36

    Augustin was born in the DR Congo and trained as a General Surgeon in South Africa where he now lives and works. He serves as an Associate Executive Officer (AEO) for ICMDA Sub-Saharan Africa, where he promotes the mission, vision and core values of ICMDA among students and junior graduates. He was also the Congress Director for the 17th ICMDA World Congress held in Arusha, Tanzania in 2023.

    Dr Deepak Samson Singh,  is a paediatric surgeon and Executive Director of the Emmanuel Hospital Association, a network of 19 mission hospitals and 51 community health programmes serving vulnerable communities across 9 states in India. Over nearly three decades with EHA, he has combined clinical practice, hospital leadership, and systems strengthening to advance Christ-centred, ethical, affordable care in under-resourced settings. His interests include hospital growth, health equity, community development, mental health, disability rehabilitation, and palliative care, with a commitment to holistic transformation of patients, families, and communities.

    Larry Worthen is a graduate of Dalhousie Law School (1981) who had a career in management in the not-for-profit sector and the provincial government. He is a trained facilitator, adult educator, and mediator. In his role as CMDA Canada’s Executive Director, Larry has engaged in advocacy work for conscience rights and patient access to care and against euthanasia’s introduction and subsequent expansion. In May of 2013, he graduated from the Atlantic School of Theology with his MA in Theology and Religious Studies. Larry is married to Dr. Linda Gagnon and resides in Nova Scotia, Canada. Larry and Linda have two children, six grandsons and two granddaughters.

    Olufemi Olowookere

    Name: Olufemi Olowookere
    Olufemi is a Consultant Family Physician and Geriatrician at University College Hospital, Ibadan, and former Director of the Chief Tony Anenih Geriatric Centre. He is a Senior Tutor and International Strategy Group member for PRIME. He holds fellowships and diplomas from the West African College of Physicians, College of Medicine of South Africa, and the University of Liverpool. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Policy Management Development, and Institute of Management Consultants, and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered). He is active in medical education and examines for the West African College of Physicians. His interests include geriatrics, malaria, adolescent health, and quality care. He has served as Lead Consultant to USAID’s Malaria Action Programme and has published and reviewed widely. He enjoys reading, traveling, and music, and is married with 3 children.

    Saira, trained as an anesthesiologist worked with Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) for nearly 33 years. EHA is a network of 19 hospitals, and various community health programs scattered across 9 states of Rural North India. She started work as a junior consultant in EHA in the year 1992. After working in 4 different hospitals of EHA, moved to Delhi in 2001and was part of the team who set up an HIV critical care center and home care, called Shalom. She held various positions in EHA and retired after serving EHA as its Executive Director from 2020 till 2025.
