Exhibition Overview

The 18th ICMDA World Congress is organized by KCMDA and KCMF under the International Christian Medical & Dental Association.

  • Exhibition Dates: July 2 (Thu) – July 5 (Sun), 2026
  • Opening Ceremony: July 2 (Thu), 4:00 PM (subject to change)
  • Venue: ICC JEJU (International Convention Center Jeju), 1F
  • Booth Installation: July 2 (Thu), 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Application Process

  • Submit the application form via the link below by March 31, 2026.
  • Details regarding participation fees and guidelines are provided in the attached document.

Setup & Teardown

  • Setup: July 2 (Thu), 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Teardown: July 5 (Sun), 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Access Badges

  • Access badges will be issued to registered representatives.
  • All participant names must be accurately listed in the application form.

Restrictions

  • Booths may be restricted or removed for excessive noise, inappropriate operation, or disruptive behavior.
  • Sales permitted only within booth space.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for permits, tax reporting, and legal compliance.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Space User (Refer to Floor Plan)

  • Activities must remain within assigned booth space.
  • Furniture relocation requires prior approval.
  • Booths may not be transferred or shared.
  • Displayed products must be those produced/distributed by the exhibitor.
  • Non-exhibitors may not conduct promotional activities.
  • Basic booth includes panels, one desk, and one chair, with general security.
  • Booth dimensions: 3m x 2m x 2.5m(h)
  • Standard Octanorm system applied.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for their own items and are encouraged to obtain insurance.

Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, blackouts, strikes, heavy rain, fire, etc.
  • Payment obligations remain in force.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing (post or email).
  • Refunds processed according to official event policy.
  • Full payment required even if booth is not installed on time.
  • Vacant booths (1 hour before opening) may be reassigned by the committee.
  • No refunds for cancellations due to force majeure.

Cautions

  • Do not damage walls, floors, or furniture.
  • Stickers, nails, screws, or similar items are prohibited.
  • Any damages must be repaired at the exhibitor’s own expense.
  • The Organizing Committee is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses.
  • Exhibitors assume full responsibility for:
    • Personal injury or property loss
    • Cancellation-related damages
    • All liabilities arising from participation
