Free Accommodations
The ICMDA 2026 Jeju World Congress offers free accommodation to a limited number of participants who meet the eligibility requirements. Please refer to the information below for details.
1. Free Accommodation Facilities:

- The number of available rooms may increase or decrease depending on circumstances.
- Booyoung Youth Centre accommodations are separated based on gender.
- Room types at Booyoung Youth Centre are as follows:
- Ondol rooms (traditional Korean floor-style, no beds)
- Bunk bed rooms
Each room can accommodate up to 8 people.
2. Reservation and Confirmation
- To apply, click the [Free Accommodation Application Form] button and complete the Google Form.
- Your reservation will be complete only after confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
- Selected participants will be notified individually via email. (First confirmation of accommodation is expected around January 2026. Any changes will be announced later.)
- Room assignments will be given on-site.
- For inquiries, please contact the accommodation team via email.
3. Selection Criteria
Priority will be given to:
- Participants from World Bank Low and Middle-Income countries
- Speakers or contributors to key programs
- Students and young leaders
- Based on the order in which applications were received
- Final selection is made by the Organizing Committee, according to the Accommodation Selection Policy.
4. Room Assignment
- Room assignments are at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
- Assigned rooms will be announced on-site.
- Rooms will be assigned separately based on gender.
- As a general rule, couples without children will be assigned separate rooms based on gender.

6. Use of Facilities
- Guests may use the common areas and amenities within the designated accommodations.
- All guests MUST abide by facility rules and policies.
- Any behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.
7. Responsibility and Indemnification
- The accommodation providers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Any damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be the responsibility of the guest.
8. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
- All guests must comply with the facility’s rules and regulations.
- Violation of the rules may result in the cancellation of accommodation.
9. Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please submit the [Free Accommodation Cancellation Form] by Apr 1, 2026
- Please be advised that the provision of free accommodation may be subject to cancellation or change due to circumstances of the Organizing Committee. We appreciate your understanding.
10. Others
- Matters not specified in this policy will be decided by the Organizing Committee.
- Free accommodation is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to Book
- Booking Method: To receive the special conference rate, you must make your reservation by clicking the <BOOK DISCOUNTED ACCOMMODATION> button provided above.
- Availability: The link will be activated in April–May 2026, once the hotel's reservation system opens.
- Recommendation: We kindly suggest completing your conference registration and flight bookings in advance to ensure a smooth process once hotel reservations open.
Important Note
Please be aware that accommodation is NOT included in your congress registration fee. All hotel arrangements must be made separately and directly with the hotel.
