Richard is VR GP who hails from Sydney but in the last few years has been working a lot in areas of need around Australia and internationally as well by dedicating some of his time to short term medical mission trips. He is currently in Queensland working in general practice, with an interest in aged care and sports medicine, and hospital and after hours work. He has enjoyed the opportunities of working with likeminded Christian doctors and health professionals. He is a long term member of CMDFA and was its NSW secretary for a number of years before switching to continue in a similar role in Queensland. He has shared in teaching roles over the years in both a bible and medical capacity. He has also been a long term supporter of TEAR amongst other Christian organisations and is a trainer for the Saline Process as well as a PRIME qualified tutor. He is interested in addressing the disparity of health care around the world by using his God given resources to help in any way possible through the board of HealthServe.

Dr Geoffrey Masika Wechuli
I am a Christian doctor trained in and currently working as a Consultant Family Physician at a County Referral Hospital in Kenya since 2020. I am the immediate former Head of department of Family Medicine at Kabarak University where I was privileged to steer the program’s growth to include five church hospitals over four years. I continue to provide administrative, academic and mentorship support to the program in the capacity of honorary lecturer. I am a married to Dr Audrey Chepkemoi and a father to four wonderful children – Gift, Destyn, Daniella and Stellan Masika.
I am a PRIME tutor, trained in Whole Person Medicine (PRIME-UK) in 2016 and I helped engineer the incorporation of the PRIME Whole Person Medicine curriculum into the Kabarak University Family Medicine curriculum as one of the introductory courses. I am a regular trainer with PRIME in Kenya. I recently completed the Bioethics (Cert) with ICMDA and eager to continue engaging and training others.
I have been an active member of Christian Medical Fellowship – Kenya since my undergraduate years and have been privileged to help start the Eldoret and Nakuru chapters. I am a board member of the Christian Academy of African Physicians (CAAP), a member of WONCA, Kenya Association of Family Physicians among others. I am passionate about Christian witness in the medical marketplace, voluntary community work and medical missions. I have engaged in several medical missions to unreached people groups in the East Africa region and beyond. I find joy in mentoring medical students in these and other values, together growing in our Christian walk, witness, and service.

Dr Rebecca Torry
Rebecca retired from clinical practice in 2021, after 30 years as a GP partner and trainer in South London. She was at various times a Programme Director for GP training, a tutor for new GPs, an Associate Dean and finally, until 2018, Head of GP School for South London. She holds Masters qualifications in Medical Education (Dundee) and Medical Ethics and Law (Manchester) She has been a PRIME tutor for over 10 years, working in various contexts as a volunteer doctor and educator in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, on the Peruvian Amazon and in Central Asia. Rebecca is a member of the PRIME Executive Team and Chairperson of the PRIME Education Group.

Dr Olufemi Olowookere
Dr Olufemi Olowookere MBChB, FWACP, DRH Liverpool
Femi is a Consultant Family Physician at the University College Hospital in Nigeria. He is currently one of the consultants in charge of the First Geriatric Centre, University College Hospital in Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the West African College of Physician (Family Medicine), an Associate Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist, and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Femi is involved in teaching medical students at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan and the training of postgraduate doctors as well as being an Examiner of the West African College of Physician, involved in examining and supervising candidates at membership and fellowship level. He was Lead Consultant for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on Malaria Action Programme for States and he has published and reviewed publications for the University of Ibadan/University College Hospital Ethics and Institutional Review Board. Femi has been involved in the work of PRIME as a Tutor since 2012. He is a Senior PRIME Tutor and International Member of both the PRIME International Strategy Group with a particular role in the development of PRIME’s work in Nigeria. His interest areas include medical education, adolescent health, care of the elderly and quality health care. -

Dr Caleb Mike Mulongo
Caleb Mike Mulongo -MB. ChB, MBA (Kenya)
Mike is a medical doctor and Mandela Washington Fellow (Business and Entrepreneurship) with over 10 years’ experience in healthcare delivery, entrepreneurship, and management. He is passionate about sustainable health financing, health systems strengthening, and health equity. Mike has been a technical lead in health financing and systems strengthening consultancies at local, regional, and global level. He has helped develop global, regional, national and sub-sector guidelines on health financing, health systems strengthening and primary health. Mike is born again, married and has served as a board member in CMF Kenya and a tutor with PRIME International. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery (University of Nairobi), MBA Healthcare Management (Strathmore Business School) alongside multiple global certifications in Health financing and Health Systems Strengthening. -

Dr Ayodele Olukayode Iyun
A Consultant Plastics, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon in University College Hospital, Ibadan Nigeria. He has also been the President of the Christian Medical Dental Association in Nigeria since 2020 and a PRIME tutor since2016. Dr Iyun lives in Ibadan, Nigeria with his wife, Dr Omobolaji Iyun (Paediatric Dentist), and their three children.

Dr Janet Healey
Janet has worked overseas in Pakistan as a full-time missionary doctor, and has done PRIME training in Family Medicine in India, Pakistan and Central Asia. She is currently teaching consultation skills and medical English to refugee doctors in UK, on a government funded scheme based in Salford, Manchester, and is also facilitating in the online IPGDFM course, based in Vellore, India.

Dr Patrina Caldwell
Graduated in medicine from the University of Newcastle in 1985, and completed her PhD in 2003 on “children’s participation in randomised controlled trials”. She recently retired from the Children’s Hospital at Westmead where she founded the multidisciplinary urinary continence service for children. She continues to work as an Associate Professor in the Discipline of Child and Adolescent Health (University of Sydney). She has published widely in the areas of paediatric randomised controlled trials, eHealth and online searching for health information, evidence based medicine, general paediatrics and paediatric continence and medical education research. She is a board member of Christian Medical and Dental Fellowship of Australia and is passionate aboutsharing her love of Jesus through her work and cross-culturally.
