  • Dr Santhosh Mathew

    Dr Santhosh Mathew

    Santhosh is trained as a Physician and works part time in a Mission Hospital at New Delhi. He is  the training coordinator of ICMDA and Regional Secretary for South Asia, ICMDA. He did his MBBS from Medical College Kottayam,  and MD Medicine from CMC Ludhiana.

    He was involved in various hospital leadership roles across North India as part of Emmanuel Hospital Association from 1992. He was a lecturer in Nephrology and Medicine at CMC Ludhiana prior to joining EHA. He is married to Saira, an Anaesthetist, who currently heads Emmanuel Hospital Association. They have two grown up children.

    • Earned PhD in medicine, 2002.
    • Served as medical missionary in the Arab World from 2002 to 2019
    • Studied at Columbia International University (MDiv in Global studies and PhD in
      Intercultural studies)
    • Ordained as pastor in International Presbyterian Church (IPC), London, UK
    • Currently working as General Surgeon, Director of the International Health Care Center,
      and Director of Palliative Care Center at Presbyterian Medical Center, Jeonju, Korea
    • Publish: “Shalom, God’s Ultimate Purpose of the World (Wipf & Stock, 2021)
  • Dr Hedwin Kadrianto

    Dr Hedwin Kadrianto

    AEO for East Asia, South East Asia & Oceania

    Hedwin is an Indonesian dentist with postgraduate study in Oral Medicine. He was born again in 2007, and since then has been involved in local and national student ministry through IFES and CMDF Indonesia.
    In October 2016, he was appointed as an AEO for ICMDA’s South East Asia student and junior graduate ministry; this was expanded to cover the Oceania region in 2020 and the East Asia region in 2022.
    He has a particular interest in giving dental treatments for people with HIV, as well as promoting equality of dental treatment access for people with HIV in Indonesia. He is married to Ruth, a GP, and they have two sons.

  • Dr Victor Fredlund

    Dr Victor Fredlund

    Victor Fredlund graduated in 1979 from London University. In 1981 he started as a medical officer in Mseleni Hospital, KZN, South Africa became Medical Superintendent in 1985 and retired at the end of March 2021. Involved in hospital administration, planning and development, as well as day to day clinical practice. He has written research papers on TB, HIV and Mseleni joint disease; and was also involved in community development, water, sanitation, job creation, education, orphan care, youth work and church ministry.  At present running Ngithume Nkosi, which seeks to encourage health workers to a life of service to the community.

  • Dr Kristina Alikanyan

    Dr Kristina Alikanyan

    Kristina was born in Armenia and grew up in an atheistic family.

    In 2001 she got her MD degree from Yerevan State Medical University and in 2006 she did her PhD. Until 2015 Kristina worked in the Yerevan State Medical University as an associate professor and then she and her husband moved to Atlanta, Georgia (US), to pursue postdoctoral training in neuroscience at Emory Medical School.

    Kristina became a Christian in 2002 after graduating from the Medical University and in 2006 they formed the Armenian Christian Medical Association (ACMA NGO) where she served as CEO for eight years. Since 2013 Kristina and her husband Hanri, who is a dentist, have been involved with ICMDA with the aim to help Christian doctors of Turkey and Georgia to form their own national Christian medical movements.

    Bio – Dr John Greenall is CMF UK Associate CEO and a paediatrician in London. He has an interest in leadership and discipleship and seeks to live these out in all spheres of live including at work and at home with his wife and four children.
