    Dr Gábor Győri 

    Discovering how to integrate ministry into his job as a family physician, Gábor has had many opportunities to talk with patients and colleagues about Jesus, and he has seen some of his patients give their lives to Christ. Gábor has done ample research and several publications in the areas of: Spirituality (religiosity) and Health, Anxiety and Depression, Family Medicine. Gábor views the frontiers of evangelism at workplaces and in recreational activities. 

    Gábor is the Executive Director of IHS Global and works closely with the Saline Partnerships. Gábor and his wife Gabi have been married for over 34 years and have been blessed with nine children. Together they find much joy in supporting one another’s calling, and love spending time with their 8 wonderful grandchildren and are looking forward to meeting the 2 little ones on the way.

    Dr George Otieno

    Dr Otieno is an accomplished consultant physician and cardiology fellow with over 10 years of experience in the field of medicine. He has published several articles and is currently running a randomized controlled trial, BREATHE as the PI, Kenya. He has worked extensively with young Christians across universities and high schools majorly offering mentorship in its various forms.
    George is passionate about families and values Godly principles that nurture the same. He is married to Lilian Mameti, and they have three lovely girls: Abby, Angy and Anna.
    His personal walk with God has been moulded by tough life experiences and through these lessons He has managed to speak in various fora on diverse topics mostly relating to leadership and purpose.

    Dr Matilda Ong’ondi

    Dr Matilda Ong’ondi serves at the Kenyatta National Hospital as a Consultant Physician and Clinical Hematologist.

    She is a member of the Christian Medical Fellowship- Kenya and is passionate about wholistic patient care as well as mentoring doctors in training.

  • Dr Noel Aruparayil

    Dr Noel Aruparayil


    Noel has been a student leader for his local CMF in Russia and then co-led with his wife Laura, a CMF Regional group in the North of the UK. In 2020, he was appointed as the ICMDA Regional Secretary for the Eurasia region. He is a senior resident GI surgeon in the UK and is completing his PhD in Global Surgical Technologies at the University of Leeds. In his spare time, he loves running, listening to music and exploring new destinations with his family.

  • Dr Daniel O’Neill

    Dr Daniel O’Neill

    Daniel O’Neill, MD, MTh. A physician-theologian, founder and Managing Editor of Christian Journal for Global Health (cjgh.org)and co-editor of the book All Creation Groans: Toward a Theology of Disease and Global Health.  He studied tropical medicine and public health in Puerto Rico and holds a master’s degree in Theological and Biblical Studies from Bethel Seminary. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and founding board member of Health for All Nations (Frontier Ventures), co-designer and instructor of the mission-mobilizing Christian Global Health in Perspective course. He has served on multiple health and development projects among impoverished or displaced populations in Central and South America, West Africa, North India, and the Middle East. He and his wife Maria have three children and six grandchildren.

  • Dr Latha Mathew

    Dr Latha Mathew

    Latha is from Kerala, a state in the Southern part of India. A Dentist by qualification, God fulfilled her desire to be a missionary when she along with her husband Mathew joined a Rural mission hospital at the Indo-Nepal border in 1993. Along with Mathew a dentist too, she pioneered dentistry in a rural hospital and trained many young dentists in Rural dentistry and missions. In 2013 she joined the Evangelical Medical Fellowship of India and for the next six years was the National Coordinator of the Saline Process. Currently, she is working with IHS Global as the Senior Ministry Coordinator helping Global Partners in capacity building of their trainers.

    Latha and Mathew live in Kerala, South India and their daughter Rachel lives in Virginia. Latha’s passion is to equip people to share Christ. She loves to meet people and listen to their life stories.

  • Dr Alex Bolek

    Dr Alex Bolek

    Alex Bolek, is a General Practitioner (GP) with Masters in Public and Tropical Health (MPH)

    He is ICMDA’s Africa Coordinator and East Africa Regional Secretary since 2017.

    Alex is also the chairman of South Sudan Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA-SS)

    He is on the board of a number of Christian organisations such as the Scripture Union of South Sudan (SUSS), Fellowship of Christian University Students (FOCUS), ACORD and others.

    Alex has a passion for leadership development and is an alumnus of both Haggai International (HI) Leadership Institute and John Maxwell Million Leaders Mandate.

    For over ten (10) years, Alex has served with both MOH and international NGOs such as Jhpiego, Healthnet TPO, St. Vincent De Paul Society in different managerial and technical roles implementing public health and humanitarian programs.

    Alex has contributed to three (3) books authored by Rev. Colin Salter (UK).

    He and his wife Helen founded Timothy School, a community Christian faith-based school and Rock City Medical Centre in Juba, South Sudan.
