    Dr Latha Mathew

    Latha is from Kerala, a state in the Southern part of India. A Dentist by qualification, God fulfilled her desire to be a missionary when she along with her husband Mathew joined a Rural mission hospital at the Indo-Nepal border in 1993. Along with Mathew a dentist too, she pioneered dentistry in a rural hospital and trained many young dentists in Rural dentistry and missions. In 2013 she joined the Evangelical Medical Fellowship of India and for the next six years was the National Coordinator of the Saline Process. Currently, she is working with IHS Global as the Senior Ministry Coordinator helping Global Partners in capacity building of their trainers.

    Latha and Mathew live in Kerala, South India and their daughter Rachel lives in Virginia. Latha’s passion is to equip people to share Christ. She loves to meet people and listen to their life stories.

  • Dr Alex Bolek

    Dr Alex Bolek

    Alex Bolek, is a General Practitioner (GP) with Masters in Public and Tropical Health (MPH)

    He is ICMDA’s Africa Coordinator and East Africa Regional Secretary since 2017.

    Alex is also the chairman of South Sudan Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA-SS)

    He is on the board of a number of Christian organisations such as the Scripture Union of South Sudan (SUSS), Fellowship of Christian University Students (FOCUS), ACORD and others.

    Alex has a passion for leadership development and is an alumnus of both Haggai International (HI) Leadership Institute and John Maxwell Million Leaders Mandate.

    For over ten (10) years, Alex has served with both MOH and international NGOs such as Jhpiego, Healthnet TPO, St. Vincent De Paul Society in different managerial and technical roles implementing public health and humanitarian programs.

    Alex has contributed to three (3) books authored by Rev. Colin Salter (UK).

    He and his wife Helen founded Timothy School, a community Christian faith-based school and Rock City Medical Centre in Juba, South Sudan.

    Dr Wei Leong Goh

    Wei-Leong’s life mission is to be a Catalyst Bringing Life. He has a keen passion for social justice and investing in the younger generation by engaging with them.
    A coffee lover, Wei-Leong is always exploring new cafes with legit coffee to get connected. His passion to serve the vulnerable led him towards co-founding HealthServe (an NGO serving foreign workers) and was awarded Singaporean of the Year 2017 for his pivotal work amongst the low-wage migrant communities.
    Wei-Leong is currently involved with SIL International and Operation Mobilisation at a global level and has a special interest in SE Asia. I am semi retired with a small family practice in the low income neighbourhood in Singapore.

  • Dr Jeff Barrows

    Dr Jeff Barrows

    Jeffrey J. Barrows, DO, MA (Ethics) serves as Senior Vice President of Bioethics and Public Policy for the Christian Medical & Dental Associations. Dr. Barrows is an obstetrician/gynecologist, author, educator, medical ethicist and speaker. He has dedicated 15 years of his career fighting human trafficking within the intersection of trafficking and healthcare. In 2008, Dr. Barrows founded Gracehaven, an organization assisting victims of domestic minor sex trafficking in Ohio. In 2019, Dr. Barrows published a novel entitled Finding Freedom that realistically portrays child sex trafficking in the U.S. He has been married to Kathy for 45 years with 3 grown children and two grandchildren.

  • Dr Santhosh Mathew

    Dr Santhosh Mathew

    Santhosh is trained as a Physician and works part time in a Mission Hospital at New Delhi. He is  the training coordinator of ICMDA and Regional Secretary for South Asia, ICMDA. He did his MBBS from Medical College Kottayam,  and MD Medicine from CMC Ludhiana.

    He was involved in various hospital leadership roles across North India as part of Emmanuel Hospital Association from 1992. He was a lecturer in Nephrology and Medicine at CMC Ludhiana prior to joining EHA. He is married to Saira, an Anaesthetist, who currently heads Emmanuel Hospital Association. They have two grown up children. 

  • Dr Hedwin Kadrianto

    Dr Hedwin Kadrianto

    AEO for East Asia, South East Asia & Oceania

    Hedwin is an Indonesian dentist with postgraduate study in Oral Medicine. He was born again in 2007, and since then has been involved in local and national student ministry through IFES and CMDF Indonesia.
    In October 2016, he was appointed as an AEO for ICMDA’s South East Asia student and junior graduate ministry; this was expanded to cover the Oceania region in 2020 and the East Asia region in 2022.
    He has a particular interest in giving dental treatments for people with HIV, as well as promoting equality of dental treatment access for people with HIV in Indonesia. He is married to Ruth, a GP, and they have two sons.

  • Dr Victor Fredlund

    Dr Victor Fredlund

    Victor Fredlund graduated in 1979 from London University. In 1981 he started as a medical officer in Mseleni Hospital, KZN, South Africa became Medical Superintendent in 1985 and retired at the end of March 2021. Involved in hospital administration, planning and development, as well as day to day clinical practice. He has written research papers on TB, HIV and Mseleni joint disease; and was also involved in community development, water, sanitation, job creation, education, orphan care, youth work and church ministry.  At present running Ngithume Nkosi, which seeks to encourage health workers to a life of service to the community.
